How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Your On3 App

If you experience technical issues while using the On3 App, clearing your cache and cookies is often the quickest way to resolve them. Cached data is temporary information stored on your device to speed up performance—but over time it can become outdated or corrupted, leading to errors.

Clearing these files is safe and can help resolve common issues such as:

How to Clear Your Cache and Cookies

Follow these steps on your mobile device:

1. Open your device settings

Go to: Settings → Apps (or App Management)

2. Find the On3 Learn App

Scroll through your list of apps and select On3.

3. Go to Storage

Tap Storage to view the app’s stored data.

4. Clear the Cache

Tap Clear Cache to remove temporary files.

This action does not delete your learning progress or any personal data. It simply refreshes the app’s stored information.


After Clearing the Cache

Once the cache has been cleared:

  1. Open the On3 Learn App again

  2. Check if the issue has been resolved

  3. Try accessing the course or module you previously had issues with
