On3 Learn is a platform designed for hands-on, practical education. It helps organizations deliver effective field training using:

  • Digital flashcards

  • Photos and videos

  • Field Guides and job aids

On3 Field Guides are searchable knowledge resources that can be downloaded to your device, allowing you to access them even without an internet connection.

Offline Access:
To enable offline Field Guides, contact your On3 Client Success Team. This feature can be added to your account at no extra charge.


How do I log in to the On3 Learn App?

You can log in using your assigned email address and password once the app is installed on your device.

1. Install the App

You can download the On3 app from:

  • App Store – for iOS 12.0 or later, macOS 11 or later

  • Google Play – for Android 5.0 or later

Search for “On3 Learn” in your preferred store.

2. Log In

  • Open the app

  • Enter the email address and password provided by your organization

  • Start your Learning Journey

How do I contact support if I need help with the app?

The app includes a built-in support feature to help you get assistance quickly.

To contact support:

  1. Go to your Home Page

  2. Tap Email Customer Care

The App automatically includes key information in your support request, such as:

  • App version installed

  • Device make and model

  • Operating system version

  • Your email address

You will be redirected to your email editor where you can add more details about your issue.
