How to Check your Knowledge
Knowledge Checks are an essential part of your learning journey in On3. They help reinforce your understanding, build confidence, and ensure you are ready to apply what you’ve learned. By validating your grasp of key concepts, Knowledge Checks support mastery, purpose, and autonomy in your role.
When Do Knowledge Checks Appear?
Knowledge Checks are presented after you complete a module or reach designated checkpoints within your Learning Program.
These assessments act as quick evaluations to confirm that you fully understand the material before moving forward.
Passing Requirements
To proceed, you must:
-
Complete the initial module and
-
Pass the Knowledge Check with at least 80% correct
This passing score ensures that you have retained the essential information needed to continue your training effectively.
Why Knowledge Checks Are Required
Knowledge Checks are mandatory because they:
-
Validate learning before you advance
-
Strengthen your long-term understanding
-
Ensure you are prepared for the next set of courses
If a Knowledge Check is not completed, you will not be able to progress to the next module in your Learning Journey.
Can You Retake Knowledge Checks?
Whether you can retake a Knowledge Check depends on how your specific Learning Program is set up. Your program may:
-
Allow unlimited retakes
-
Allow a limited number of retry attempts
-
Require support from your Customer Success contact for resets
If you’re unsure, check your program guidelines or contact your Customer Success representative.
