How to Complete your Learning Journey

Your Learning Journey in On3 is designed to ensure that learning is meaningful, retained, and applied. It guides you through a structured experience where your knowledge and skills evolve from your starting point to a higher level of performance and confidence.

To complete your Learning Journey, you may be required to take an Assessment and achieve Certification.

Why Assessment and Certification Matter

The final Assessment evaluates how well you understand the concepts, tools, and skills introduced throughout your Learning Program. Passing this assessment demonstrates that you can:

  • Apply what you learned

  • Perform tasks with accuracy

  • Make decisions based on the knowledge gained

Certification validates your readiness and confirms that you have successfully met the learning requirements.

Certification Requirement

You may be required to pass the Certification to receive full completion credit for your required courses within the Learning Journey. Without passing, your Learning Journey is not considered fully complete.

This ensures that learning isn't just consumed—it is truly mastered.

Learning Journey: More Than Time Spent

Your Learning Journey is not measured only by hours completed. It is shaped by the stages you go through:

  • Completing courses

  • Engaging in coaching

  • Taking Knowledge Checks

  • Demonstrating mastery

  • Completing your final Assessment

  • Earning Certification

Each stage builds on the previous one to help you grow in capability and confidence.

Aligning With Individual and Organizational Goals

By investing in your Learning Journey, you are aligning your growth with:

  • Your personal goals—improving your skills, confidence, and performance

  • Your organization’s goals—ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence across teams

Certification confirms that you and your organization share the same standards of learning and execution.
