How to Send Feedback
Feedback is essential to making your learning experience better. It helps us improve program content, enhance the usability of the On3 Learn App, and refine future courses. Your comments, suggestions, and insights also help your managers continuously optimize the training experience.
Below are the two ways you can send feedback directly through your On3 Learning App.
1. Send Feedback from Your Settings Page
You can send feedback anytime through the Settings menu.
Steps:

Open the On3 Learn App.

Tap the three lines (☰) in the upper left-hand corner of your Learning page.

From the menu, select Provide Feedback.

The app will open your default email editor.

Type in your feedback, suggestions, or comments.

Send the email to our support mailbox.
This option allows you to conveniently share general feedback about your learning experience, app usability, or any suggestions for improvement.


2. Send Feedback Using the Kebab Menu (⋮) During a Course
If you want to share feedback while you are learning, you can use the three dots (⋮) menu found on the top right of any course screen.
Steps:

While taking a course, tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right.

Select Feedback to Author.

Your device’s email editor will open with your registered email address.

Share your thoughts—whether it’s about the content, clarity, navigation, or improvements needed.

Send your message.

You can expect a response from our team within 24–48 business hours.
