How to Log In to Your On3 Learn Admin Account
Your On3 Learn Admin Account gives you full access to manage users, programs, due dates, enrollments, and reporting for your business unit. Follow the steps below to log in and explore your admin tools.
Logging In to On3 Learn (Admin View)

Go to the On3 Learn website:
Visit learn.on3.ai using any supported browser. -
Enter your assigned username and password.
These credentials are provided by your organization or onboarding team. -
First-time login:
If this is your first time signing in, the system will prompt you to change your password before you can access your Admin account. -
Admin Dashboard
Once logged in, you will land on the Admin page, where you can manage all administrative features for your business unit.
What You Can Do With Admin Access
With your Admin permissions, you can:
