Managing Content in Content Connect - Overview
This article explains how to locate your uploaded content, understand module structure, and edit learning material inside Content Connect before final approval.
1. Locate Your Content
- Navigate to app.on3.ai
- Click Modules to view uploaded content
Where Else to Find Content
- Programs
- If you assigned your content to a program
- If you uploaded a document longer than 10 pages
Long documents are automatically broken into micro-learning modules and grouped into a program.
2. Understanding Module Layout
When you open a module, the screen is organized into three main areas:
- Resources
- Learning Material
- Learning Journey
Across the top, you will also see key actions:
- Request a Pro
- Preview
- AI Coaching
- Approve Module
- AI Module Assistant
3. Working with Resources (Content Section)
Under Resources → Contents, you will find the raw elements that make up your module.
Examples of Resources
- Audio track (automatically generated for documents)
- Uploaded video clips
- Extracted elements (such as images or QR codes)
- Full document copy
Important
These items are not visible to learners unless they are added to Learning Material.
4. Editing Main Learning
The Main Learning section is where your core learning content is built.
To Edit Main Learning
- Click Main Learning
- Select the editable row beneath it

- Title
- This is the module title shown to learners
- Primary Content
- Video or audio is added here
5. Adding Content to Main Learning
To add your primary content:
- Click Add Content
- Select from available resources
- Click Select
Example
- Add an audio track for document-based modules
- Add a video for video-based modules
6. Using Preview
- Click Preview to see the module as a learner would
- This is one of the most useful tools when editing
- It is recommended to keep Preview open while making changes
7. Adding a Cover Image
By default, modules use a standard background.
To customize:
- Scroll to Main Cover Image
- Click Add Content
- Upload or select an image
- Click Select
Notes
- Cover images must be image files (not PDFs)
- For video modules, you can capture a still image directly from the video
8. Adding Additional Learning
The Additional Learning section allows you to include supporting materials.
Examples
- Scope of Work (SOW)
- Installation guides
- Plans or drawings
- Checklists
- Full documents for reference
How to Add
- Click Add Content
- Select or upload material
- Confirm selection
How to Remove Content
- Click the X on the item to remove it
- You can re-add content at any time
