March 22, 2026: Version 2.4.1 — On3 AI Content Alerts

This release introduces Content Alerts, Content Metrics, and QR Code–based access to AskOn3, along with improvements to onboarding, access, and user management—helping teams distribute critical information faster, ensure acknowledgment, and make knowledge more accessible in the field.

Highlights

  • Content Alerts (New)
    Introduced Content Alerts, a new way to distribute important updates to your teams using videos and documents.
    Content Alerts can be delivered through push, SMS, or email, ensuring information reaches users wherever they are.
    You can also require a mandatory acknowledgment, allowing you to confirm that critical information has been seen and recorded—supporting compliance, safety communication, and operational alignment.

  • Content Metrics (New)
    Added Content Metrics to track how users engage with shared content.
    You can now monitor:
    • Likes and dislikes
    • Comments and feedback
    • Content approval ratings
      These insights help teams understand what content is effective, identify areas for improvement, and ensure training materials are delivering real value.

  • QR Code–Initiated Signup & Browser-Based AskOn3 (New)
    You can now assign a QR code to your workspace, along with a visual code that can be printed and placed on job sites.
    Field staff and trade partners can scan the code to instantly access relevant information through AskOn3.
    To support easier access, we’ve introduced a browser-based version of AskOn3, allowing users to interact with the system without needing to download the mobile app—ideal for occasional users and external partners.
  • Simplified Login with Phone Number (Passwordless Access)
    Users can now sign in using their phone number and SMS verification, reducing friction and enabling faster access in the field.
  • Faster, More Flexible User Onboarding
    New users can join using QR codes, SMS, or email invites, with smoother transitions from web to mobile, reducing onboarding time.
  • Improved User & Group Management at Scale
    • Automatic assignment of new users into default groups
    • Admin-defined rules for user grouping
    • Bulk user upload now supports phone numbers with improved validation
      These enhancements simplify managing large, distributed teams.

  • Improved AskOn3 Feedback & Interaction Tracking
    Enhancements to feedback handling and chat interactions provide better visibility into how content is used and where improvements may be needed.
  • Platform Stability & Usability Improvements
    Includes multiple improvements to reliability and user experience, such as:
    • More stable login and sign-up flows
    • Clearer error messaging
    • Improved chat display and interaction behavior
    • Fixes to user group visibility and member management
