Aug 14, 2026: Version MVP2.7.1  - Plan Reading and Sharepoint Integration

MVP2.7.1 introduces SharePoint Auto-Sync and Plan Reading while improving content organization, governance, processing visibility, and AskOn3 reliability.

SharePoint Integration & Auto-Sync

On3 AI can now connect directly to SharePoint, making it easier to bring your organization's existing operational knowledge into the On3 Content Library.

  • Connect individual files or entire SharePoint folders
  • Preserve folder-based organization when bringing content into On3
  • Enable automatic synchronization to keep connected content current as source files change
  • Control which synchronized content should be available to AskOn3
  • Receive notifications when connected content becomes out of sync or requires attention

This allows SharePoint to remain the source of truth while On3 AI makes that information accessible and searchable for teams in the field—reducing duplicate content management and manual uploads.

Plan Reading

On3 AI now introduces Plan Reading, expanding AskOn3's ability to understand structured visual construction documents.

Plan-aware processing allows the platform to better identify and interpret information contained within construction plans and use that information within downstream AskOn3 experiences.

This release establishes the foundation for making project plans part of the operational knowledge available to teams through AskOn3.

Plan Reading availability may be enabled progressively as the capability is rolled out.

Smarter Content Organization & Bulk Management

Managing larger Content Libraries is getting easier.

New and improved bulk operations allow content administrators to:

  • Apply labels to multiple content items
  • Remove multiple items from AskOn3 at once
  • More easily manage content organization and categorization
  • Better understand where content resides across workspaces and connected sources

These improvements reduce administrative effort while helping organizations maintain a cleaner and more trusted knowledge base.

Improved AskOn3 Reliability

This release includes significant improvements to the reliability and responsiveness of AskOn3.

Users should experience:

  • Fewer interruptions during conversations
  • Improved handling of processing and service errors
  • Better stability during longer interactions
  • More consistent performance when working with larger and more complex knowledge libraries

These improvements are particularly important as customers connect larger volumes of operational content through SharePoint and other sources.

Better Content Processing Visibility

Administrators now have improved visibility into the health of connected and processed content.

New notification options can help teams stay informed about:

  • SharePoint connection and synchronization issues
  • Content processing or indexing failures
  • New AskOn3 content awaiting approval

A daily approval digest can also summarize new AskOn3 additions requiring review, helping administrators maintain content governance without relying on individual notifications.

Mobile, Library & Platform Improvements

MVP2.7.1 also includes a broad set of usability and stability improvements across the platform, including:

  • Improved mobile stability and consistency
  • More reliable chat and notification workflows
  • Improved Content Library navigation and administration
  • Better ingestion and processing reliability
  • Performance improvements supporting growing content volumes and platform usage

Why This Matters

MVP2.7.1 significantly expands the types and volume of operational knowledge organizations can bring into On3 AI. SharePoint Auto-Sync helps keep knowledge current without duplicating content management, while Plan Reading begins extending AskOn3 into the construction plans teams rely on every day.

Together with improved content governance, bulk administration, and AskOn3 reliability, this release helps organizations build a more connected, current, and trusted source of operational knowledge.
