How to Add New Users in On3 Learn
Adding new users in On3 Learn allows administrators to onboard learners, supervisors, and leaders into the platform. This guide walks you through how to create a new user account and complete the required and optional information to support user management and reporting.
Before You Begin
Make sure you are:

Logged in using an On3 Learn Admin account

Authorized to manage users within your business unit
Steps to Add a New User
1. Log in to On3 Learn
Sign in using your Admin username and password.
2. Go to the Admin Tab
From the main navigation, click Admin.
3. Select Users
Click Users to open the user management page.

4. Create a New User
Click New User to open the user creation form.

5. Fill Out Required Information
Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
These fields are necessary to successfully create the user account.

6. Add Additional Information (Recommended)
In the Additional Information section, you can add details such as:

Tags

Description
-
Group
-
Department
-
Division
Adding this information makes it easier to:

7. Save the User
Once all information is complete, save the user record.
The new user will now be added to On3 Learn and can be assigned to Enrollments and Programs as needed.
